It is a good tradition in our country to name every year and according to the name to develop the State program. Under the initiative of the President of the Republic, 2010 has been declared in Uzbekistan as the Year of harmoniously developed generation. The president of the Republic of Uzbekistan, acting on the ceremony, devoted to the 17th anniversary of acceptance of the Constitution, has noted that more than 50 percent of the state budget will be directed to development of spheres of education and public health services. In the Decree of the President «About organizational actions on development and performance of the State program «Year of harmoniously developed generation», the most important measures for formation physically and spiritually developed generation also have been defined. Including, it is paid special attention to improvement of quality of teaching, equipment of bases of educational laboratories, modern educational and by labware, to supply by computer technics, moral and material encouragement of student's and teaching work. And also, with the purpose of development of a science and attraction of youth to scientific activity, such plans as to establish special fund of development of a science and technologies, to create laboratories for perspective scientific researches in the Academy of sciences and in higher educational institutions, to adjust and expand relations with foreign centers of science, have been entered into the list of complex measures on realization of the State program.
