Order of reception of applications for elimination a radio noise
1. Users of a radio-frequency spectrum, for revealing sources of a radio noise and elimination their stirring influence on REM used by them, address directly in the radio-frequency body which has given out the sanction for REM operation.
2. Applications from REM owners and other RFB (radio-frequency body) are accepted in written form. Thus RFB accepts applications only from those users whose REM have been registered in this BFR and has the sanction for operation.
3. Applications from the population for elimination a radio noise to receive TV schedules and radio broadcastings are accepted in CEMC in written form and by phone.

Terms and general rules of application consideration
1. Terms of consideration of applications for elimination a radio noise:
Not more than 12 working days – if search for a source of a radio noise is necessary; Not more than 5 working days – if search for a source of a radio noise is not necessary.
2. In cases of difficult search for sources of a radio noise term of application of consideration can be increased (is prolonged) till 30 days on what the applicant should be notified.
3. Term of consideration of the application for elimination a radio noise is estimated from the date of its receipt and registration in radio-frequency body about day of revealing and elimination a source of a radio noise.
4. Under applications from which the reason of infringement of radio-reception is not clear, RFB representatives carry out the investigation on a place.
5. CEMC makes works on elimination a radio noise to receive programs of radio-broadcasting on LW, MW and SW frequency ranges only in cases of infringement of reception from those radio-broadcasting stations which are intended for maintenance with a broadcasting of the given territory.
6. CEMC makes works on elimination a radio noise to receive TV and broadcastings schedules only in that event if the reception device is in a zone of the confident reception.
7. Users of a radio-frequency spectrum at presence of their REM interference can together with RFB participate in search for a source of a radio noise.
8. At a detection of the facts of failures occurrence in REM work, caused by insufficient security from external radio emissions and/or malfunctions of blocks of low frequency and paths of intermediate frequency of the receiver (transmitter), reasonable refusal goes to the applicant, and consideration of the application stops.

Order of performance of works by results of consideration applications for a radio noise
1. At revealing a source of the radio noise created by REM, HFD of civil purpose, and also the various means belonging to legal and physical persons, including foreign, being in territory of Uzbekistan, CEMC representatives make the certificate-instruction under the established form, with an establishment of elimination term of the revealed infringements which is handed over to the owner of a source of a radio noise. Term of execution of the instruction is established depending on a kind of a radio noise and complexity of elimination of the revealed lacks, but the maximal term should not exceed 10 calendar days.
2. CEMC sends the letter to the applicant with the message, that the source of a radio noise is revealed, and the owner of the given source is made a request to eliminate its interfering influence.
3. In case of default of the certificate-instruction by the owner of a radio noise source in the term established by the instruction, without an explanation of the reasons, CEMC stops REM or HFD operation (being a source of a radio noise), on what in written form informs their owner.
4. At default of the instruction in time of stopped operation, CEMC will cancel with action of the sanction for REM or HFD operation, where in written form informs REM or HFD owner and directs corresponding information to the State inspection of communication (further - SIC) for acceptance to guilty persons measures of administrative influence according to the Code about administrative offences of Uzbekistan.
5. If during consideration of the application for elimination a radio noise radio-frequency body revealed, that REM or HFD work makes harmful influence on health of citizens and on environment operation of these means and devices immediately stops.
6. In case of definition, that the reason of infringement of TV schedules or radio-broadcastings reception is malfunction of the reception or antenna-feeding device, CEMC representative draws the written conclusion with recommendations for the reference in corresponding repair services, and the further work under the application stops.
7. If during application investigation the short-term radio noise which is not carrying periodic character which time of action is not enough, that does not give an opportunity of its search is found out, investigation under the given application stops, and the given reason explanation is represented to the applicant.
8. If in a zone of the confident reception of TV and radio-broadcastings schedules makes a REM radio noises, their owners are obliged to take necessary measures on elimination this radio noise even if parameters and characteristics used by them correspond to the established standards and the technical norms accepted in the territory of Uzbekistan.
9. In established order prepares and sends letter to administration of communication of the corresponding state with the requirement to take necessary measures on elimination the radio noise created by REM of this state.
