Dear visitor, given application is meant only for insight by CEMC industrial departments and is not enough condition to examine and giving out a permission, in order to get a permission, application should be given personally, or sent by mail with the seal and sign together with the all documents that are presented below.

• Full technical discription of equipment in state and russian languages;
• Decision of SCRF on possibility of using given REM or HFM within the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• Conformance certificate of thу Republic of Uzbekistan (if there is any) to the similar REM or HFM types;
• Copy of an order about assignment of the person for REM registration and operation, if applicant is a legal person;
• Project of REM installation on a plan of topographic map М 1:200000;
• Agreement of the owners of the objects and buildings, where it is planned to install REM, if he (customer) is not an owner of these objects and buildings;
• Agreement with local sanitary-hygienic laboratory;
• Agreement with NAC "Uzbekistan havo yullari" (for radiobroadcasting statioans of the 100 - 108 MHz range, and also in cases that are stipulated in a Regulations on utilization of airspace of the Republic of Uzbekistan, approved by the Resolution №549 of the Cabinet of the Republic of Uzbekistan from December 12th, 1997).
