Dear visitors, this application meant only for familiarity with industrial department of CEMC and it is not enough for consideration and delivery of the sanction. In order to get permission an application should be given personally or should be sent via e-mail with stamp and signature with all documents presented below.

In order to send the application it is necessary to visit the page of the structure of site, where you can get information about peculiarities of the activities of CEMC and determine the category of your radiofrequency equipment for sending correct application. At the end of description of the work of every industrial department is given "send application".

List of documents:

• full technical description of equipment in the State or Russian languages;
• permission from SKRF for using RES or HFE in the territory of Uzbekistan Republic;
• certificate of compliance of Uzbekistan Republic on RES or HFE analogue types;
• Copy of the order on purpose of the responsible person for registration and operation RES if the applicant is the juridical person;
• the copy of local typographical map M 1:200000 where the project of REM is going placed;
• if the applicant is not the owner of the objects and equipments where RES is supposed to be placed, agreement from the owner of these objects and equipments;
• the coordination of local service of sanitary-and-epidemiologic supervision;
• the coordination of "Uzbekistan havo yo'llari" NAC (For broadcasting stations of a range 100 - 108 MHz, and also in the cases stipulated by Position about use of air space of Republic Uzbekistan, approved by the decision of Cabinet Ministry from December, 12th, 1997. № 549).
