Countering monopoly

Antimonopoly Compliance - Antimonopoly compliance is a system of internal organizational procedures aimed at ensuring the alignment of activities with competition law, identifying risks of non-compliance, and preventing these risks.

  1. The main tasks of the antimonopoly compliance system are:
  2. Monitoring and ensuring the compliance of activities of republican executive authorities, other organizations, economic entities, and associations of legal entities with competition law;
  3. Managing the risks of violating competition law requirements;
  4. Identifying and preventing violations of competition law by republican executive authorities and other organizations, economic entities, and associations of legal entities;
  5. Promoting and regulating fair competition.
