coordination the work of the Radio Technical Control Station (RTCS) of Tashkent, the Quality Management Service (QMS) and the Technical Department (TD);
coordination technical, operational and monitoring of the radio spectrum, technical work stations radio control of Samarkand region, Sams Republic of Karakalpakstan and regions;
organization of the technical training in the structural units managed by him, in RTCS, Electromagnetic compatibility Services of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the regions;
organization of interaction and coordination of the activities of the Quality Management Service, RTCS of Tashkent city, the Technical Department, RTCS of Samarkand region, Electromagnetic compatibility Services of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the regions on technical and efficient issues, the monitoring of radiofrequency spectrums and direction finding radio radiation;
interaction with the State Committee for Radiofrequency, radiofrequency bodies, the State Inspection of Communication, the Center of scientific and technical and marketing research on the issues within his competence;
organization of interaction and coordination, the structural departments headed by him, RTCS, Electromagnetic compatibility Services of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the regions with the bodies, interested enterprises and organizations on the issues within his competence;
providing the problem solution related to compliance with the requirements of standards, the rules and regulations on labor safety, fire safety in the subdivisions supervised by him;
leads personally responsibility for the organization and execution in time the defined tasks in the departments headed by him.
