Showing respect and kindness to older people has become an integral part of our spiritual life, a value inherent in our people. In a house where there are elderly people there will definitely be the well-being of this house. They are not only the closest advisors to their children and grandchildren, but also mentors on the right path based on their own life experiences.
Honoring representatives of the older generation and relying on their experience are expressed both in our families and in society and work collectives.
Today, activities related to providing special respect, moral and material support to labor veterans of our enterprise are regularly carried out.
It is important to organize regular meetings with representatives of the older generation in order to effectively use their rich life and work experience to guide the youth of our enterprise on the right path.
